When I saw I immediately thought mermaid! This would make a great costume since it's not in pristine condition. There are a few spots that a cleaner could probably get out. See last 3 pictures. Blue and green chiffon like flowy material over a blue lining. Both the size and fabric tags are missing. The length measures 54" in the front and 64" in the back.
