Brand new with tags sincerely jules dress from tj maxx. It is a stretchy, spandex like material so it is super comfortable! Has cute cutouts in the front with straps that go over your shoulders. Size large and fits true to size. I am about 5’4 and it hits me in the middle of my calf.
