Inner circumference of ribbon measures about 5.75". Could be taken off the ribbon and placed on a chain (not included) and worn as a pendant. Ribbon doubles could be worn on wrist as it stands, but I am not sure this was what it was designed for. Some marks and signs of wear. Preowned, sold as shown - I am unsure of material type(s) because of this.
