(Bin-A4) All zippers work well, there is no crossbody strap included. You could use one from another purse. Does have the shoulder strap :) This purse is fun because you can change the fold over flap to each side of the purse if you want it more cow print or more solid. The close up spot on the purse is showing its not a stain, its just a wrinkle. Measurements are in inches. Measurements taken flat, not folded over: 15 1/4 x 12 3/4 I do my very best at searching each article for stains or holes that I post to sell.
