Remember when Scoop was a high-end New York store? Black cotton poplin dress with sweet puff sleeves, an elastic waist, and pockets from the Scoop line being produced for, of all places, Walmart. It's adorable, and it's well made. Size small (4–6). Flat, it measures 18 inches pit to pit, the waist stretches from 14 to 21 inches, it's 37 inches long (it hits me at the knee, and I'm 5'2"). There are belt loops, so you can add your own belt or go without. Easy dress to pull on (has a single button closure at the back) and go.
