Sweet dress with a very 80s silhouette. The top part is slightly lousy and loose, the black band is fitted, and the skirt is loose, but not very full. There is no fabric tag but based on feel, it is synthetic. Rounded neck line with a V in the back. Pull over, no zippers or openings. Tag says that it is a size 6, but it is vintage so you will want to consider measurements to ensure a proper fit. There does not appear to be any major flaws.
