Details: DESCRIPTION: This stunning and rare drop pendant features the Sajen Obsidian goddess design with a face that is dark gray and delicately carved to show the eyes, nose and lips. The goddess is wearing an intricately detailed 18K yellow gold headdress with a small blue topaz in the center. Below the cameo is a heart shape made of 18K yellow gold accented with a gorgeous oval moonstone. Beneath this is a dangling smoky topaz topped with 18K yellow gold.
