At the shoulder, sits a hand tucked, stitched on collapsed bow Brand new with tags. Dress has 3 small purple dots on the inside lining above each dart. I'm assuming these are left over from the manufacturing sewing process. See the last photos and they do not show though the gown. Approximate lay flat measurements: Waist: 15" Hips: 20.5" Under arm to under arm: 16.5" Length from top of the shoulder with box: 62" B39
