This is a snug boot. The SOREL website suggests going a whole size UP to accommodate for thicker socks. I normally wear an 8.5 in every shoe/boot and this fit me too snug with any sock. EXCELLENT CONDITION BOOT and so cute. Hardly any wear. Great for outdoor walks or lounging in snow
