I love this top but only wore it once a couple of hours. It’s sized small but I think the oversized fit doesn’t work on me. Basically new without tags. Navy blue and tan mixed plaid with smocking and understated ruffles at the shoulder and chest and wrist. Lovely and lightweight like all Ro’s Garden. All measurements in pics! 100% cotton.
