This is a Roman’s women’s plus size dress Sz 24W It is a blue lace top with sequence and a flowing polyester lined long skirt This is all one piece Please see pictures as the skirt right below. The lace has some very faint spots. I got out most of it, but honestly did not try to do the rest. They are very faint. Three-quarter length sleeve, round neck and a zipper back the back does fall into a slight V, but not a deep one This is perfect for holidays or wedding if you feel like being fancy Approximately 59 inches from shoulder top to bottom Approximately 23 1/2 inches armpit to armpit. That is without fully stretching
