Revamped Floral Mini Skirt

This is a floral patterned mini skirt with an adjustable scrunch tie on the left side. It is a good length and has a partial elastic waistband, non elastic in the front. Ruffles line the bottom. The fabric itself is not stretchy but the waistband being stretchy makes it feel very comfortable! Worn only once!
