A true collector’s treasure from iconic New York design duo Susan Bennis/Warren Edwards, known for their one-of-a-kind luxury shoes handmade in Italy during the 1980s and early 1990s. These rare slip-ons feature an intricately ruched ivory satin upper adorned with colorful faceted gemstones in emerald, ruby, sapphire, and amber tones, accented with gold cord detailing and a large amber jewel centerpiece at the toe. The sculpted wood sole—a seldom-seen construction in Bennis/Edwards designs—adds both artistry and structure to the silhouette. Very good vintage condition with light wear on soles and slight discoloration at the heel edge and elasticized trim (see last photos).
