Silpada Rare ? Silver Wood Bangle B1490 Bracelet

I do not see any silpada stamped on this bracelet nor the 925 stamped but I do believed that this is silpada piece. Has four engraved silver decals. I believed that this was from 2006-2007. Please do your own research before purchasing. Does not come with a box or dustbag.
