Rachel Parcell Dress

Brand new, never worn Rachel Parcell navy fit & flare knot dress (size M). Little scallop detail on the bottom, neck and sleeves. I purchased 2 for a wedding and kept the smaller size. Such a flattering fit and so comfortable. Easy to care for (wash and dry)!
