Jacket has smudges and spots throughout. Inside weatherproofing seams are still intact but beginning to show wear at edges, but no delamination noted. Jacket could be used as-is to preserve your nicer, cleaner gear or give it a little TLC to work those spots out and re-waterproof. Please see pics.
