Strapless mini dress from Pretty Little Thing Petite. Gives late 90s/early Y2K cyber-ish party chic vibes to me, with the camo-toned tie dye, interesting seaming, and roomy zipper cargo pockets. It has a rubber stay-up strip at the top and exposed back zipper. It is definitely for a petite person, as it’s about 20” long, though if you’re taller you could wear it with some leggings, shorts, or pants. Laid flat it measures 14” across at the top, unstretched (the fabric doesn’t stretch but it’s gathered with some elastic.) Also 14” at the underbust (no stretch there) and 19” at the hips, right above the pockets.
