this dress is my pride and joy. worn once for my 21st. it has an open back and ties around the neck. the entire top half is not lined so its kinda see through on you but i managed to wear nothing under it and it was fine in the dark. i ripped it in the back wear the ruffles attach but i hand sewed them back together. it’s not v noticeable. i think the skirt is supposed to have one seem of rouching on each side, but i only see it on one side.
