Pretty Garbage NWT Faux Leather Strapless Dress

I bought this on here for Halloween but didn’t end up wearing it! It does have a chemical smell to it. Fits to body shape very flattering. Zipper down the side. One of the hanger straps on the inside ripped. Shown in last pic. Comfy on inside. Doesn’t ride up. From a boutique called behind the glass.
