Pleione blue peplum top

Really unusual peplum top by PLEIONE. size s. Brand carried at Anthropologie. Measurements in pics but no materials tag. Would guess a cotton mix for the solid (it has a little stretch) and striped ruffle part all cotton like an Oxford shirt. Washed but never worn! Same day shipping!
