New without tags. I took the tags off and hung this in my closet and never wore it. I honestly just like my tops a little longer as it’s an insecurity thing for me. I do my best to describe every item accurately and provide clear photos. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen differences. Measurements (when provided) are approximate. All items come from a smoke-free home. I do have pets (cat/dog) but, items are stored away from them. Though I can’t guarantee absolutely no pet hair.
