Pendleton navy skirt is most likely from the 1990’s. They started working in lighter fabrics in the 70’s. This skirt has a pleated front with a single back button and zipper. Back 8” slit. Fully lined. 50% rayon and 50% polyester. Waist-32.5” Length-28” (Measurements appx.)
