When you need to blow them away, this firecracker of a halter-neck shimmering beaded dress by Parker is the way to go. Two button and loop fastening at neck. Silk lining. Excellent used condition — I carefully inspected the dress and I cannot find beads missing, though there might be. The color is poinsettia. Extra small, measurements in pics!
