100% silk emerald green fully beaded & sequin cocktail dress that hits just above the knee by Papell Boutique Evening from the late 80s or early 90s. Made in India.
Beaded 100% silk short sleeve cocktail dress with a back keyhole, shoulder pads, and a short slit for ease of movement. Floral beaded design on the bodice and vertical lines of beading on the rest of the dress, done with emerald green ab (rainbow iridescent) sequins and beads.
