I barely wore this bra since it never fit me properly. I usually wear a size 36 HH, which is what this is labeled as, but I personally felt like the cups are a size or two too big. If you have a short sternum this bra is not for you, the center is tall. I tried to modify it by sewing the center down, but that didn't help it fit me better either. Since I sewed it there are still some marks from that (shown in picture 7). Here is some of the details from the site I got it from: Contour underwire cups are lightly padded and free of Lining and Support Panels. 1/8" thick cups. Center is 5-3/4" tall. Side seams are 4-1/8" tall, without Boning. Padded Straps are 1-1/4" wide and attach to 3/4" wide elastic that adjusts in the back with coated metal hardware. Coated metal J-Hook on back O-rings lets you connect your straps for a racerback. For all sizes: 3-row, 3-column coated hook-and-eye closure
