Splendid Olive Green Halter Neck Lightweight Utility Romper

This romper is in great condition! It is an olive green / army green Splendid lightweight and breezy halter neck utility-styling romper in a women's size small. It ties behind the neck and has a relatively open back. It ties at the waist as well with a cute bow in front. The hems are cuffed and it has decorative pockets on the back with little buttons. The material is very light and flowy and perfect for summer! There is a small mark on the front to note which is photographed.
