Sheer fabric (you can see my hand through it in the 8th picture) with almost a velvet feel embellished pattern, 7 1/2" blue fringe / tassels, open waterfall front. Very hippie chic! 68% rayon, 32% nylon. Trim is 100% polyester. Hand wash.
