NWT Perceptions New York Bolero shrug Dark Blue. Size Large. NOTE: Tag indicates this is a 2 Piece Garment. I only have the Shrug. Meant to go over a Sleeveless Dress so it can be used with similar dresses. Made from 96% Polyester and 4% Spandex. Shrug has Gathers on shoulders (see picture #3). Measurements are Length - 18 inches; Pit to Pit Flat - 20 inches. Excellent condition.
