Halogen NWT Open-Backed Dress - White with Blue and Red Watercolor Flowers

This dress is so unique and beautiful. Made from white cotton, it looks like it has been painted with watercolor-style blue flowers with red centers. The back has pleats that only slightly hide an open back. Cuffed sleeves. New without tags - never worn. Originally sold at Nordstrom. Size 6 - I would say runs a bit small (fits size S). Smoke-free/pet-friendly home.
