Norton McNaughton grannycore vintage floral skirt -Size tagged 12 (fits a bit smaller but has stretch- see pics for flat measurements) -Elastic waistband -Base color is navy blue with pink, purple, and green floral pattern -Lightweight fabric -Some of the stitching on the outside waist is missing (see photos) but doesn't seem to affect the elastic. Also, the tag stitching on the inside is falling out on part of it (might need to be reinforced at some point if you plan on keeping the tag intact.
