These are absolutely adorable - these are a size 9 in juniors but I’m a size 11 in juniors and they also fit me but they are tight - they are cut off and frayed but the bottoms actually if you look at the pictures are made to fold it up so the fray would not be hanging on your leg if that makes sense - the measurements 11” length inseam is 3” from top to crotch : is 5 1/2 inches these come below my belly button so I’m going to call these low rise.
