Good used condition, smoke and pet free home. Size medium but I think these run a little smaller, see measurements below to ensure fit. These are so cute and in good condition for the most part but they do have a small spot on the butt, see photo 6. These are unique and really cozy and comfy. Fronts have a split bottom hem. High rise waist. Cotton/Spandex materials. Waist laying flat across approx: 14” Rise approx: 10.5” Inseam approx: 27”
