Though not in pristine condition, I’ve heard that blazers are a good shoe for the gym/working out, maybe the worn-in look in something you’re into and they are great for street/masc fashion. I bought these fairly used off of here and wore them a few times myself. I have scrubbed the outside, inside and bottoms of the shoes. However, full transparency, they are not 100% spotless and there is some minor cracking of the paint on the right toe.
