Sent me an item that was broken. I ordered apple AirPods from this seller. One was completely broken. All the sender had to do was connect them to her phone, which I'm sure they were already connected and it let you know right away that it does not work. I even put them in a different charging case. They still do not work. I let the sender know about an hour after I received them that they did not work. She never wrote me back. I had to reach out to the company to get a refund.
