New with tag. Soft lightweight jogger with ankle elastic. Rayon/polyester/spandex. Size small but runs a bit small, I would say it fits an extra small better. Waist measures 12 inches across. Gold skull on upper thigh and two ankle stripes. Love these pants, only re-poshing as they were too small
