This tall, open crown hat is reminiscent of vintage cowboy hats from the old west, and more recently, hats worn by Jimi Hendrix, and by models on the Ann Demeulemeester runways. It’s eye catching and unique and this distressed hat is no exception. It has a cut out but that’s been returned and stitched, burned edges, a custom painted and grommeted band overlaid with leather laces and a weathered bandana. A metal skull holds two feathers in place. Feathers are easy to remove by simply sliding them out, the same way additional feathers can be added. Size is adjustable up to about 60cm. Little heads can utilize the inner Velcro band. Totally unisex!
