These are a faux suede (felt?). They have scuffs and stains (see photos) but are in good shape other than that. They've got a pretty thick and stiff sole with a small heel. The inside of shoes looks like pu and the same material as the exterior. On the bottom of the shoes from the toes to the arch they put felt on it so that's why they look like that.
