Only worn once Navy blue and white striped midi/mini dress. Includes matching belt/tie. Could double as a tunic for tall girls. ;) Measurements taken flat: Waist: 10” ( the waistband is very stretchy and stretch’s up to 19-20”) Length (shoulder to hem): 35” Bust: 15” Material: 97% polyester 3% spandex Any questions welcome!
