Gorgeous floral midi dress by ModCloth. Surplice style bodice with full accordion pleated skirt in floaty poly chiffon. Colors include pink, blue, and mustard yellow on a black background. Matching waist sash tie belt. Bust 36-40“, waist 30“, hips “, length 46.5“. Size L, great preowned condition, some minor fraying at hemline and on belt (see photos, not at all noticeable thanks to pattern & fullness of skirt). All measurements taken with garment lying flat & doubled where applicable.
