Stretchy. Smooth feeling. Lightweight. Thin. The tank top shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures. Longer int he back. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: armpit to armpit is 16 inches and from back of the neck to bottom of the tank top is 28 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
