Wide elastic waistband can be worn just below natural waist or a bit lower. Has working navy drawstring as well. Only flaw is some lighter spots on drawstring. Big functional pockets at hips. No lining. Honestly so flattering & comfortable. Wish it still fit. Only worn a couple times. Bought for beach vacation and works great as a coverup.
