Retail $498 BRAND NEW! Dress has the exterior tag that has not been removed, but does not have any hang tags attached. The dress is new, but does have some flaws - see pictures. The flaws are that some of the flowers around the collar and the cuff are either missing, loose and could use an extra stitch or have the jewel/rhinestone missing from the center of it. I have looked over the dress and attempted to photograph all of the areas where the flaws/issues are located. In my opinion, due to the details of the dress, these are not noticeable and could be corrected with some basic seamstress skills.
