Vintage 1980s to early 90s Liz Wear for Liz Claiborne mock neck, half-zip, pullover sweater. It's a great medium shade of blue with a bronze zipper for the front. It's 100% cotton and has shoulder pads which are attached with velcro and easy to remove.
