Levi's Levi’s Bootcut Jeans

I thrifted these, so im unsure about the size. im assuming its around a 28 because they fit a bit big on me. they feel like high quality jeans, but theres a few flaws on the bottom (in pictures). i’d say theyre in good condition, not perfect.
