This is a beautiful vintage 3/4 sleeve dress from Leslie Fay in a size 8. This dress has a snap closure and functional buttons at the chest. This dress also has a full elastic waistband, cuffed sleeves, shoulder pads, and shoulder button details as pictured. I did notice a faded looking little square shape on the front pocket as pictured.
