genuine leather outer, lining is poly satin. has one hook closure. the fur trim feels real and is super soft, but there is no tag for it so i can't be sure. size medium, pit to pit is about 21" and length is about 23" there is a dark spot on the back of a sleeve, a few scratches, and the inside of the sleeves have some piling. otherwise very good condition fall y2k winter city classic going out
