Short sleeves, foldover collar, defined waist and four optional buttons at the bust. Perfect whimsigoth, romantic duster dress for festival season! Great lightweight layering piece. In very good to excellent condition due to one small tear in the lace on the back as pictured. Not noticeable when wearing. Tagged size 10 but could work for a small to medium.
