Lane Bryant sheer button down blouse with ruffled neckline. Size 18/20. EUC

This Lane Bryant blouse is so elegant but still so fun. It’s primarily black, white and shades of blue with bits of grey and mustard. The design looks like abstract houndstooth to me. The top has 5 layers of ruffles forming a V-neckline. There is a small collar at the top that can be worn as is (photos #3 & 4) or folded over (photos #1 & 2). The top buttons all of the way down with small black buttons. The sleeve is a “poet” style with elastic and then extra materiel after it. At the waistline, there are 14 inches of smocked elastic on both sides making the fit SO flattering. Fabric is crepe-like, no stretch. Excellent pre-owned condition. 100% Polyester.
