The interior is leather and unlined. Cute Kate Spade luggage tag logo bag charm attached. This bag does have a lot of wear, marks, cracks at the handles, joints and edges. The interior has a lot of stains, pen marks etc. it has been wiped down but the marks do not come off easily.
