Kate Spade New York Cape Stripe Dizzy dress, size 0, features a black and white horizontal stripe pattern. It has a round neckline and 3/4 sleeves, both with a decorative ruffle trim. The dress closes with a back zipper and a button-and-loop closure at the neck. The loop was fraying on one side, and I secured and reinforced this with white thread. No other damage, imperfections, or stains noted. Smoke free home.
